RE:bound + Sculpt
Plan to sweat and have a blast in our REbound + sculpt combo class that brings together high adrenaline, low impact trampoline rebounding, and body shaping sculpting moves. The tone is set to upbeat, fun music as you work through cardio rebound sequences that will challenge your mind and body, activate your lymphatic system, and intervals of sculpt to tone & strengthen your body. Expect to leave class all smiled up!!!.
